Robert Clarke Engineering Ltd (RCE) is a Liverpool-based design consultancy which specialises in temporary works designs and the design of complex scaffolding structures.

In addition to their UK-based construction portfolio, RCE also supports a number of international clients in the delivery of challenging onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects. Support provided includes structural steelwork design, specialist scaffolding design, heavy lifting, rigging design, load-out and logistical support.
